Build and scale client-facing payment tokenization primitives on the VGS platform. Ship iterative, scalable features, set engineering standards, contribute architecture and roadmap, and work directly with customers, vendors, and partners to solve payment tokenization and credential orchestration problems.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR business partner for technical and business teams. Advise leaders on org design, coach managers through employee relations and performance issues, lead talent and compensation cycles, execute reorganizations, improve people programs and processes, and use workforce data to surface trends and risks. Lead revenue operations and business insights by owning GTM and revenue data integrity. Build reporting and AI-driven insights, run billable usage analysis, manage data flows with Fivetran/Salesforce/Sigma, investigate billing disputes, and translate data into actionable narratives for leadership.

The Software Integration Engineer will develop migration services, enhance file processing products, and collaborate with teams to optimize high-throughput services on the VGS platform.

The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will architect and maintain scalable infrastructure, lead incident management, improve operational processes, and mentor junior engineers.
