Manage multi-jurisdictional payroll cycles, tax compliance, time management, benefits deductions, retirement plans, reporting, audits, vendors, and year-end filings. Serve as the Ceridian Dayforce technical owner, resolve payroll and system issues, improve processes, and support HR onboarding, changes, offboarding, integrations, and system implementations.

Develop and architect scalable iOS and Android applications using React Native and TypeScript within a brownfield native codebase. The role involves integrating native modules, making React Native versus native architecture decisions, improving performance and accessibility, reviewing code, supporting automated testing and CI/CD, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and mobile engineering teams.

Leads marketing and loyalty analytics strategy, measurement frameworks, forecasting, campaign reporting, experimentation, and lifecycle analysis. Partners with Marketing and Finance to connect performance metrics to business goals, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights. Builds churn, retention, segmentation, and LTV models while evaluating paid acquisition and customer growth opportunities using SQL, Python, BI tools, marketing platforms, and modern AI-enabled workflows.
