The Director will oversee complex valuation assignments in commercial real estate, develop client relationships, mentor team members, and enhance market knowledge while leading a high-performance team.

Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and contract lifecycles across US and Canadian operations. Ensure compliance (including Quebec regulations), handle COI and supplier risk platforms, negotiate and administer contracts, coordinate multiple sourcing initiatives, and liaise with legal, operations, suppliers and stakeholders in both English and French.

Coordinate relocations and liaise with architects, contractors and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with JLL policies.

The Senior Analyst will prepare financial performance analysis, manage reporting and budgeting processes, and enhance reporting tools for senior management and clients.

Provide operational and administrative support for two shopping centres' marketing activities: coordinate events and partnerships, manage event logistics and vendor relations, compile and approve content for social and web channels, oversee advertising installations and inventory, process invoices and POs, maintain calendars and databases, and prepare post-event performance reports.

Manage and execute annual marketing plans and event programs for two shopping centers; oversee budget tracking, coordinate promotions and digital media, manage vendor and retailer relationships, analyze sales and marketing data, coach marketing coordinators, and maintain an event calendar to drive traffic and enhance customer experience. This is a 13-month maternity-leave replacement, onsite in Quebec City.
