Manage CAE’s Operations Support department and lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers and process engineers. Responsibilities include resource planning, coaching, escalation management, departmental vision, service compliance, budgeting, process improvement, efficiency metrics, technical problem-solving, and risk management. The role requires strong communication, bilingual French and English proficiency, Microsoft Office and Power BI expertise, and at least five years managing or supervising a maintenance team.

Support planning and execution of acquisition and proposal portfolios by developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules and Plans, ensuring schedule integration, performing critical path and what-if analyses, supporting EVM, identifying risks and variances, conducting schedule risk assessments (including Monte Carlo), and communicating status to stakeholders while promoting planning best practices.

Classifies hardware, software, and technology under U.S. and Canadian export control regulations. Supports export compliance procedures, permit and license applications, recordkeeping, KYC validation, denied-party screening, audits, sanctions compliance, and IT framework implementation. Coordinates export-related projects with program managers, customers, suppliers, and global export control officers while communicating regulatory updates and supporting process improvements.

Leads integrated training solution definition and development for complex defense opportunities from customer engagement through contract award. Serves as design authority, directs training analyses and curriculum design, leads matrixed multidisciplinary teams, and coordinates with engineering, program management, customers, and subcontractors. Develops capture and proposal strategies, cost estimates, risk analyses, make-versus-buy recommendations, and execution plans. Supports defense training programs involving simulation, aircrew, remotely piloted aircraft, and search-and-rescue capabilities. Requires international travel and security clearance eligibility.

Leads CAE’s global Finance transformation strategy, roadmap, governance, and portfolio of technology-enabled initiatives. Oversees large-scale programs focused on process optimization, cost efficiency, margin improvement, automation, analytics, and AI adoption. Partners with Finance, IT, and business leaders; manages change, stakeholder engagement, KPIs, risk, investment planning, and benefit realization. Builds organizational capability and supports executive decision-making through reporting and continuous improvement.

Support the Global Commercial Finance Team by managing financial risks, collaborating with teams, and ensuring profitability in the Defense and Security sector.

Drive data analytics and digital transformation for Global Logistics by building Power BI dashboards, automating processes with Power Platform, applying AI tools, analyzing transportation and customs data, supporting TMS and ERP evaluations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with logistics and trade teams.

Analyzes CAE’s financial performance, forecasts, budgets, strategic plans, and transformation projects. The role maintains financial models, consolidates project forecasts, challenges assumptions, assesses risks and impacts, prepares reports for senior management, and coordinates cross-segment business cases. It supports three-statement analysis, annual budgeting, strategic planning, and improvements to financial forecasting processes while collaborating with the CFO, Treasurer, and Transformation Director.
