Description 

In this role you’ll serve as the lead finance business partner for Global Technology & Products (GTP) and Allocation Functions, providing financial leadership, governance, and strategic support across multiple global functions. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and the successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and operational stakeholders.

Financial Leadership & Team management

  • Lead and support two financial analysts responsible for GTP and allocation functions.
  • Provide financial oversight of monthly actuals, forecasts, budgets, risks & opportunities, and financial reporting.
  • Review and challenge assumptions to ensure forecast accuracy and financial discipline.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and business partnership.
  • Serve as the right hand to the Manager, Finance Operations, supporting strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful financial analyses to support decision-making.

GTP Finance Leadership

  • Serve as the primary finance lead for GTP, including Engineering, Digital Engineering, Information Technology (IT), and Cybersecurity.
  • Partner with Directors, VPs, and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Lead financial reviews and provide actionable insights to driven efficiency and business results.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to Finance and operational leadership.

Allocation Functions Ownership

  • Lead the financial management and governance of enterprise allocation functions.
  • Oversee allocation methodologies, governance processes, and cost recovery models.
  • Ensure cost transparency, accountability, and alignment between support functions and business stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in overhead allocation practices and cost containment initiatives.

Cloud Cost Governance & strategic cost management

  • Lead and coordinate the finance treatment and governance of growing cloud expenditures.
  • Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to monitor spending trends, assess financial impacts, and support long-term investment decisions.
  • Develop financial analyses and recommendations related to cloud consumption, cost optimization, and funding strategies.

Strategic initiatives & Executive support

  • Lead and support high-visibility global Finance and Technology initiatives, including confidential mandates and executive-level requests.
  • Serve as a key finance partner on strategic projects sponsored by Technology leadership, Finance leadership, and Executive Vice Presidents.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing / operational environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Bilingual (French-English).

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or CFA designation or in progress.
  • Experience with Oracle and/or Powerbi.
  • Experience as a people manager.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building & interpersonal skills to work daily at all hierarchical levels.
  • Ability to work Independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues, develop recommendations, and lead solutions to implementation.
  • Customer oriented.
