This role involves leading a team to manage an application portfolio, ensuring software integration, providing 24/7 support, and optimizing client experiences. It requires extensive IT experience, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and adherence to security and compliance standards.

Drive growth across assigned Canadian commercial accounts by developing account strategies, qualifying and leading complex pursuits (cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, apps), engaging C-suite stakeholders, negotiating contracts, partnering with hyperscalers and solution teams, and managing pipeline to achieve multi-year transformation and services bookings.
