Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable mobile experiences and continuous live-ops support.

Design, implement, optimize, and maintain performance-critical systems in Unreal Engine across Engine, Rendering, AI, or UI. Translate requirements into scalable C++ code, debug complex runtime issues, profile and optimize performance, integrate with artists/designers, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical architecture and engine customizations for production-ready game systems.

Design and implement a scalable UGC framework in Unreal Engine: data models, runtime systems, scripting model, APIs, security/sandboxing, and AI-assisted creation tooling. Collaborate across gameplay, online, and tools teams, produce prototypes and documentation, and mentor engineers.
