The Senior Analyst - Pricing leads pricing strategy and compliance, manages pricing analytics and optimization, and mentors junior analysts. Responsibilities include conducting profitability analyses and improving pricing processes.

Provide HR guidance to business groups across employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, diversity, training, and policy compliance. Investigate employee issues, advise management, support performance plans, terminations, union negotiations, succession planning, and multi-state employment law compliance. Assist with staff development, engagement, and HR project execution.
