Lead lifecycle journeys, contact governance, communication calendars, funnel optimization, experimentation, and cross-functional prioritization. Drive multi-product adoption, retention, ARPU, and revenue growth while building scalable playbooks, measurement frameworks, and reporting. Advise Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives.

Lead FreshBooks' brand design across integrated marketing, web, advertising, demand generation, and sales channels. Maintain and evolve the visual identity, create campaign assets, establish templates and AI-assisted workflows, and enable teams to self-serve within brand guardrails. Use funnel performance data to prioritize and refine creative work, while managing freelance designers, illustrators, animators, and production vendors. The role requires both strategic systems thinking and fast hands-on execution.
