Prepares and completes RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs; drafts and improves proposal responses; maintains proposal and consultant databases; supports reporting and marketing-material consistency; and collaborates with subject matter experts across investment business areas.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end-user devices, applications, connectivity, and Microsoft environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, escalation, remote and in-person assistance, technical documentation, knowledge-base maintenance, user training materials, service improvement, incident management, and support for information systems projects and deployments.
