Designs and maintains scalable backend services and APIs, develops customer-driven features, resolves complex production issues, and improves system performance, reliability, and scalability. The role contributes to architecture, cloud solutions, databases, high-volume data processing, CI/CD, testing, and Agile practices while collaborating with Product, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and customers.
