Lead a team to manage the bank’s operational risk and resilience program, including controls testing, third‑party risk governance, RCSA, anti‑fraud oversight, policies/procedures, regulatory coordination, and change‑risk control identification. Lead planning and delivery of Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, partner with business and data teams to define requirements, prioritize backlog, drive product strategy and roadmaps, manage Agile squads, measure KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to enable personalization and data activation.

Provide regulatory and compliance guidance for Canadian pension and investment products: interpret legislation, assess business impact, review contracts/marketing/materials, lead digital transformation compliance, develop legislative tools, train business partners, and support reporting and internal policy maintenance.

Support and advance retention strategy by analyzing performance, creating retention initiatives, coaching advisors, managing Salesforce knowledge, and building dashboards.
