Leads Booxi’s product organization, platform strategy, customer journey, roadmap, discovery practice, and Product Manager team. Builds the product operating model, establishes ownership and processes, balances feature delivery with customer commitments and technical debt, and partners with engineering leadership. Measures adoption, time to value, and commercial impact while developing team capabilities and influencing organization-wide product practices.

Build and scale Booxi's Partnerships function by recruiting and managing integrators, agencies, and market partners; negotiate commercial agreements; align Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on partner-driven initiatives; measure and report partner-generated pipeline and revenue; and enable the organization to leverage the partner network globally (Europe and North America).
