  • Tu fais tenir tes décisions auprès des ventes, du CS et de l'engineering ops
  • Tu installes la discovery en continu avec nos clients entreprise et tu portes tes propres initiatives
  • Tu portes le parcours client : signature, onboarding, time to value, support

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT

Montreal, hybrid (min. 2 days a week in the office, some travel) | Full-time | Leadership team

The future of retail is being shaped in stores. Booxi is the platform leading brands use to run in-store experiences, measure their revenue impact and predict what they will generate. More than 8,500 locations in 103 countries already use it, including Dior, Hermès, Sephora and L'Oréal.

We're looking for a Director of Product who will take ownership of the platform and lead the product function, a role you've held before. You'll build a roadmap where every part of the product has an owner, deep discovery with our enterprise accounts, and a customer journey held from signature to delivered value. And you'll stand by your decisions, even when not everyone agrees.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND AT BOOXI

  • Full ownership from day one: the product, the team, the product organization and the pace
  • Direct access to decision-makers: founders who carry the vision and stay involved in the product
  • AI in our daily work, a culture of flexibility, trust and autonomy, and genuine attention to your work-life balance

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You shape the product function: standards, your organization's playbook, and you represent it to the leadership team
  • You lead your team: 2 to 3 PMs, a UI/UX designer and a product analyst
  • You own roadmap trade-offs: new features, customer commitments, maintenance and technical debt
  • You make your decisions hold with Sales, CS and engineering ops
  • You run ongoing discovery with our enterprise customers and drive your own initiatives
  • You own the customer journey: signature, onboarding, time to value, support
  • You co-own the method and the pace with the Director of Software Development, through PM/EM pairs
  • You measure product impact (adoption, time to value, revenue) and make it visible

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Just Care: you're transparent with your customers and your teams
  • No Passengers: you own your scope end to end and stay with the problem when it gets hard
  • Succeed as One: you align early, the collective result is what matters
  • Curious to the Core: you ask questions before executing, AI included
  • You choose Booxi: our mission, our market and the reality of a scale-up

YOUR PROFILE

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS product roles serving enterprise customers
  • 2+ years managing a product team with direct reports: hiring, growing people, making the hard calls
  • You've built a product function and practices adopted beyond your own team
  • You've been accountable to very large accounts and built discovery with them
  • You've worked with founders involved in the product and take the time to understand before deciding
  • You challenge an estimate or an architecture choice, and engineers take you seriously
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • (Nice to have) Retail and omnichannel: POS, clienteling, loyalty, payments

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Min. 5 weeks of vacation and company closure from December 25 to January 1
  • 2 personal days and unlimited sick days
  • Group insurance, $300 home-office allowance, flexible schedule

Apply and help us make commerce more human.
