Helps achieve premium, earnings, risk management, and broader business objectives.

Develops mortgage business by building relationships with clients, brokers, builders, financial planners, and other referral sources. Generates leads, sells secured real-estate credit products, manages client relationships, and expands a personal book of business. The role includes sales training, joint sales calls, coaching, use of a sales management system, and commission-based earning potential.
