Answer technical questions, deliver analyst briefings, research the developer tools landscape, test new features, and provide product feedback. The role is remote, supports U.S. and Canadian time zones, and requires up to 20% travel.

Leads GitLab’s global social media function, owning strategy, budget, tooling, team development, agencies, and performance. Oversees organic and paid social, YouTube programming, campaigns, employee advocacy, creator and influencer programs, executive social presence, community engagement, measurement, and issue response. Partners across marketing, communications, product, sales, talent acquisition, and engineering in a distributed environment while using insights and AI tools to improve business impact.

Lead GitLab’s talent brand strategy and employer value proposition across the candidate journey. Develop integrated recruitment marketing campaigns, editorial content, recruiter resources, events, and scalable content systems. The Talent Brand Manager will shape GitLab’s employer brand through recruitment marketing, storytelling, campaigns, and candidate education. Responsibilities include translating the employer value proposition into messaging, creating cross-channel campaigns and team-member stories, improving candidate journey touchpoints, analyzing funnel and engagement metrics, and partnering with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders. The role also manages projects and external partners while improving talent brand processes, reporting, and operations in a fully remote environment.
