Use performance data, audience insights, feedback, and market trends to evaluate campaigns, guide priorities, and increase candidate engagement and conversion.

The Talent Brand Manager will shape GitLab’s employer brand through recruitment marketing, storytelling, campaigns, and candidate education. Responsibilities include translating the employer value proposition into messaging, creating cross-channel campaigns and team-member stories, improving candidate journey touchpoints, analyzing funnel and engagement metrics, and partnering with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders. The role also manages projects and external partners while improving talent brand processes, reporting, and operations in a fully remote environment.

Own lifecycle communications strategy for prospects, build and optimize automated email journeys, execute campaigns end-to-end (copy, segmentation, QA, testing, launch), collaborate cross-functionally, use data to drive improvements in engagement and funnel progression, and act as the email marketing SME for best practices and deliverability.

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of data-driven lifecycle email and CRM programs for product-led and self-service users. Build automated journeys, manage segmentation, copywriting, testing, QA, and performance analysis. Partner cross-functionally to drive onboarding, activation, conversion, and revenue growth while scaling personalized, trigger-based campaigns.
