Build dashboards, lightweight apps, and AI agents using low-code tools to make people data accessible. Partner with People Business Partners, People Analytics, Total Rewards, and senior leaders to translate findings into recommendations. Automate workflows, oversee AI outputs, and ensure data quality, reliability, ethics, and reduced manual effort.

Create and publish 3–4 short-form videos weekly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social channels. Responsibilities include trend monitoring, scripting, filming, editing, on-camera hosting, directing employees, launching TikTok, translating AdTech concepts for broad audiences, and analyzing retention and engagement metrics to improve content performance.

Create polished motion and video content for brand, event, promotional, social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
