Processes legal conflict searches using internal and external databases, researches corporate structures, analyzes conflicts results, and communicates issues to attorneys and firm personnel. The role combines transactional legal expertise with technology experimentation, vendor collaboration, attorney training, template and precedent management, and development of practical guidance for lawyers and AI-assisted systems. Candidates must be licensed attorneys with 3–5 years of Investment Funds or related transactional experience and demonstrated interest in technology and workflow design.

Supports attorneys and paralegals throughout complex litigation and appeals, including case management, court filings, discovery, document review and production, docketing, deposition and trial preparation, appellate records, cite-checking, and oral argument materials. Coordinates vendors, prepares charts and indices, manages deadlines, and completes timekeeping. Requires trial experience, knowledge of California and federal court procedures, and proficiency with legal research, document management, eDiscovery, and office software.
