Manage multiple small-to-medium mobility and traffic maintenance projects from planning to construction support. Design and recommend traffic maintenance solutions, coordinate interdisciplinary inputs, supervise junior staff, manage documentation and quality requirements, justify technical recommendations to clients, and contribute to departmental knowledge and standards.

Provide administrative support to the Infrastructure Director and project teams: prepare and edit technical and administrative documents, manage agendas and meetings, maintain project files and databases, assist with invoicing and project openings, coordinate communications, and support onboarding and team activities.
