The Contract Billing Supervisor manages contract billing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while supervising a team and enhancing customer service.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components, OmniScripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, Apex, Flows, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reports/dashboards, and integrations (APIs/MuleSoft). Configure security, page layouts, communities, email templates, and run UAT/QA. Provide help-desk support and collaborate with the PMO under government direction; must be eligible for classified access.

Design and deliver LLM-powered AI features and agentic workflows for a federal web workflow application: build RAG pipelines, integrate AI/LLM APIs, implement prompt-engineering and orchestration frameworks, ensure observability and responsible AI guardrails, maintain full‑stack systems, and participate in CI/CD and security compliance.
