Provides corporate law, governance, ethics, and ESG expertise within Beneva’s General Secretariat. Advises managers and employees on the corporate ethics code, drafts and reviews policies and governance documents, monitors regulatory developments, supports regulatory reporting, documents internal governance, ensures consistency of materials for the board and executive committee, contributes to organizational projects, and serves as secretary for corporate committees when needed.

Defines business and user needs, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, partners, and vendors, analyzes platform performance and market data, and recommends digital solutions and investments. Optimizes customer experiences and product value while supporting Agile and SAFe delivery practices.
