Owner-driven frontend engineer who builds globalization infrastructure and user-facing growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, SEO, checkout, and retention. Work includes multilingual SEO, localization workflows, locale-aware routing, performance optimizations, analytics-driven A/B tests, and improving international monetization and conversion.

Operate as a cross-functional operator to scale products and processes from 1 to 100: design and optimize operational systems spanning product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams; create data-driven workflows improving patient and customer journeys; conduct market research and expansion planning; collaborate with engineers, designers, and clinicians to refine workflows and outcomes.

Lead end-to-end development of 0->1 products in healthcare. Define strategy and roadmap, prototype with foundation models and retrieval systems, design human-in-the-loop workflows, build evaluation frameworks, partner with engineering/design, work with customers and operations, and establish processes to scale products.

Work with founders and the founding team to build AI-powered internal tools and automations, run GTM and community activities, and manage daily operations. Own content, events, scheduling, vendor logistics, and process design while using AI tools to automate and ship solutions.
