Handle property (habitation) insurance claims: open claims by phone, investigate circumstances, interview insureds and witnesses, determine coverage and liability, manage reserves and subrogation potential, collaborate with appraisal, underwriting and subrogation teams, control costs, and maintain clear documentation and productivity.
