Inspect damage, estimate costs and market value, analyze medical and financial information, determine benefit eligibility, negotiate settlements, and finalize claims according to policies, contracts, statutory criteria, and deadlines. The role also supports members, clients, practitioners, and third parties while maintaining strong business relationships.

Investigate, assess, and settle complex property and casualty insurance claims. Evaluate property damage, medical, financial, and employment information; determine benefit eligibility; estimate settlement amounts; negotiate with involved parties; approve claims; and maintain client relationships while meeting policy, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
