The Senior GTM Talent Partner will drive recruitment strategies for go-to-market teams, collaborating with executive leaders and enhancing talent processes in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience roles.

Drive outbound prospecting to enterprise decision-makers, create qualified opportunities, and build pipeline. Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social, lead discovery/qualification calls, partner with Account Executives, and articulate Coveo's AI-powered solutions to director- and executive-level stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for a production ML platform handling millions of LLM calls and predictions daily. Improve observability, reliability, and ease-of-use; collaborate with scientists and engineers to deploy agentic workflows and realtime inference; participate in coding, testing, and deployment.

Investigate and respond to security events across cloud, endpoints, and identities; tune detections and playbooks; onboard log sources and maintain parsing; collaborate with engineering and IT to optimize tooling; automate workflows and experiment with AI; participate in on-call rotation and improve overall security posture.

Design and build demo applications, POCs, reusable components, and technical assets that showcase Coveo platform capabilities. Collaborate with Product Marketing, UX, Sales, and Customer Success to create demos, blog posts, videos, and reference architectures supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

Lead experience direction across an AI-powered relevance platform: drive discovery and research, create prototypes and scalable interaction patterns, integrate AI/LLM tools, connect cross-team workflows, reduce UX fragmentation, and mentor designers while influencing product strategy and roadmaps.
