Own production services end-to-end (monitoring, on-call, incident response) and improve reliability, performance, and developer experience for enterprise integrations.

Build and maintain authentication, authorization, and user management services across web and mobile. Implement IAM features, contribute to scalable identity systems, write secure testable C# and TypeScript code, design/consume REST or GraphQL APIs, document systems, participate in code reviews and on-call rotation, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve reliability and developer experience.

Design and build scalable analytics foundations: data models, quality controls, governance, self-service engineering tools, and optimized transformation pipelines. Monitor and document datasets, collaborate with product/engineering/business teams, and mentor stakeholders to enable autonomous analytics and stable pipelines.

Design, build and operate the Databricks-based data platform: implement reliable batch/micro-batch/streaming ingestion and transformation pipelines, model raw data into production-ready datasets, create platform abstractions and developer tools, improve observability, testing and monitoring, manage data governance/security/compliance, and partner with ML, product and engineering teams.

Identify and prospect maintenance and operations decision-makers at industrial companies via high-volume outbound calls and multi-touch sequences.
