Build and maintain proactive pipelines and talent maps, engage passive candidates, partner with Talent Acquisition BPs to design data-driven sourcing strategies, and bring advanced sourcing tools and market expertise to the recruitment team.

Design and improve game data models and ETL pipelines using SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Python, and Airflow. Implement testing, security, cost and performance monitoring, promote data governance and best practices, lead data projects, and mentor junior team members to support analytics and user research for live game operations.

Lead design, maintenance, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure for game projects. Automate build, cook, packaging and deployment; manage artifacts and debug symbols; optimize agents, distributed compilation, caching; troubleshoot build failures; improve stability and observability; document systems and train teams.

Lead level designer owning maps from blockout to polished, iterating multiplayer arenas for an asymmetrical FPS. Define navigation rules and level metrics (scale, pacing, cover spacing, engagement distances), prototype rapidly in Unreal Blueprints, protect core gameplay loop, and collaborate closely with art, tech, and design leadership while mentoring the team.

Prepare and consolidate monthly and year-end financial statements under IFRS, produce analyses and reconciliations, support cross-functional and international finance teams, contribute to strategic projects and multimedia tax credit claims, and provide timely insights on financial performance.

Four-month full-time internship supporting Learning & Development: manage training requests, administer language course registrations, organize training logistics, track expenses and Skills Development Act data, respond to learning-related queries, edit and upload training videos, and translate materials.
