Own the vision and roadmap for Wrapbook’s Agreement Data Platform, including agreement data models, rules, APIs, operator tooling, validation, and governance. Partner with engineering and payroll teams on migrations, service boundaries, explainability, compliance, and reliable downstream calculations. Drive discovery through launch, define measurable success metrics, use data to prioritize decisions, and leverage AI tools daily for analysis, coding comprehension, writing, and prototyping.

Own and mature Wrapbook’s end-to-end product development operating system, from intake and planning through release and learning. Lead the Technical Program Management practice, quality systems, release strategy, cross-functional communication, and AI-powered workflows. Manage and coach TPMs, establish delivery standards and metrics, improve predictability and throughput, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, risks, readiness, and outcomes.

Own and evolve shared platform infrastructure for approval workflows, permissions, authentication, and notifications. Build secure, scalable Ruby on Rails applications and APIs, optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries, lead ambiguous technical projects, support migrations, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call operations. Collaborate across product teams to deliver reliable, backward-compatible services used company-wide.

Own research strategy for a core product area, leading qualitative, quantitative, generative, evaluative, and mixed-method studies from framing through activation. Translate evidence from research, analytics, customer feedback, and knowledge repositories into product recommendations. Contribute technically through code reviews and architecture, partner with product/design, set frontend quality standards, hire and coach engineers, and drive roadmap and technical design reviews.

Own and scale Wrapbook’s analytics layer, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, governed metrics, semantic layers, canonical datasets, and self-service analytics tools. Partner with Engineering and business stakeholders to define analytical solutions, ensure data quality, optimize warehouse performance, and maintain production reliability through testing, monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution. Establish analytics engineering standards, mentor team members, document data for human and AI consumers, and evaluate new tools.

Design, build, and operate integrations, APIs, data exchange systems, and AI-enabled connections for accounting and ERP platforms. Own integration pipelines, SLAs, data contracts, observability, and production support. Provide technical direction through architecture reviews, code reviews, and pair programming while partnering cross-functionally on roadmap decisions. The role requires hands-on software development, scalable data architecture, secure integrations, experimentation, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Supports the Chief Product Officer, Senior VP of Engineering, and General Counsel by managing priorities, calendars, travel, meetings, events, follow-ups, and cross-functional projects. Identifies and improves inefficient processes, documents decisions, tracks deliverables, handles sensitive information, and completes ambiguous, high-stakes work. The role requires strong organization, communication, ownership, relationship-building, and comfort working in a fast-paced remote technology startup.

Own and build the end-to-end tax function: corporate income, sales/indirect, cross-border and Canadian tax. Implement tax engine integrations, manage compliance, advise leadership, research technical positions, and coordinate external advisors and audits.
