Provide onsite and remote systems administration and escalated support for client networks. Troubleshoot servers, workstations, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and remote access. Document environments, implement standards, mentor engineers, and recommend security and reliability improvements.

Provide first-contact remote support and triage for workstation, server, and network issues. Document and manage tickets, communicate status to clients, escalate complex problems to engineers, and follow best practices. Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra, mobile devices, peripherals, and basic networking. Participate in on-call rotations and occasional on-site visits.
