Oversees secure developer and AI-agent workflows involving identity, delegation, secrets delivery, and access control. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, security, and GTM teams; leads standards and developer engagement; establishes product metrics and operating rhythms; and recruits and mentors senior product managers.

Partners with senior leaders, manages external counsel, oversees complex legal projects, develops risk mitigation strategies, and supports corporate growth across the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions.

Develops communications strategy and thought leadership for cybersecurity, identity, access management, and AI topics. Responsibilities include media relations, executive communications, contributed content, event and speaking strategies, rapid response, narrative development, journalist engagement, and communications measurement. The role translates complex technical concepts into credible messaging for developer, business, and security audiences while collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, security, legal, sales, executives, and agencies.

Develop and maintain full-stack or backend enterprise software for multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and administrative experiences. The role requires TypeScript and React proficiency, with browser extension and web API experience preferred.

Build AI agents, data products, automated workflows, and analysis tools for go-to-market teams. Integrate data from Salesforce, Gong, and other systems; create reports, alerts, and manager briefs; improve revenue operations processes; and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, adoption, and effectiveness. Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams to define requirements and improve decision-making.

Build and scale 1Password’s Commercial Deal Desk within Revenue Operations. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams on complex deals, advising on pricing, terms, discounting, renewals, amendments, and approvals. Responsibilities include reviewing Salesforce CPQ quotes, improving commercial processes and workflows, creating playbooks and training, implementing automation and AI solutions, and using deal data to improve quality, efficiency, and revenue integrity.
