Drive oncology product adoption across a Quebec territory by engaging oncologists and multidisciplinary teams, promoting scientific evidence, optimizing protocols, developing KOLs and regional training, executing regional business plans, managing accounts and projects, and handling adverse event/product complaint reporting. Collaborate with therapeutic and regional teams and support oncology networks to improve standards of care.

Lead optimization strategy for Pfizer's HCP web properties (primarily PfizerPro). Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze web and business metrics, build a structured experimentation roadmap, partner with UX, measurement, and product teams, use AI-enabled optimization and design tools to accelerate testing, and translate insights into product and design improvements that improve clinician engagement and task completion.
