The Analyst, Collections will manage accounts receivable, ensure timely payments, resolve disputes, and build strong customer relationships.

Lead analytics and optimization of the full RCM lifecycle (eligibility, billing, denials, collections). Build dashboards, perform variance and root-cause analyses, drive cash collections, support audits and payer contract reviews, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Provide end-user support for the Genesys Cloud contact center platform: troubleshoot issues, process moves/adds/changes, document tickets in ServiceNow, escalate with partners, and configure monitoring to detect platform errors.

Provide advanced enterprise Microsoft 365 support and administration, resolve escalated technical issues, design and implement permanent solutions, lead projects, produce reports, train users, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Lead OptiFreight billing services team to allocate freight charges, ensure invoice accuracy, resolve invoice issues, improve processes, coach analysts, drive performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

Manage customer shipment transactions and billing assignment using decision trees and systems (TMS, Salesforce, SAP). Research unmatched shipments and exceptions, identify PO and cost center details for invoicing, resolve vendor/account issues, develop corrective solutions, and support billing team metrics and audits while coaching teammates and maintaining strong internal controls.

Develop and manage forecasting and scheduling models, systems, and methodologies to analyze volumes, staffing, and scheduling effectiveness. Produce forecasts, staffing plans, and reports; use WFM tools to support planning and decision-making. Work on moderate-scope projects, apply judgment within defined parameters, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Lead organization-wide Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement efforts: re-engineer processes, design CI frameworks, run workshops, perform maturity and baseline assessments, enable data-driven decisions, identify automation opportunities, mentor colleagues, and implement high-impact solutions aligned to strategic goals.

Lead incident response and resolution for enterprise infrastructure. Manage servers, storage, virtualization, networking, backups and cloud services; coordinate cross-functional teams, develop solutions, mentor colleagues, and produce technical documentation and reports.

Provide support and administration for the Genesys Cloud CX platform, resolve customer issues, manage tickets and critical incidents, create technical documentation and knowledge base articles, and apply analytical troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
