Build self-service ML platform tooling and golden paths enabling Data Scientists to deploy and monitor models across batch and real-time. Bilingual (French/English) role requiring HRIS and ADP experience.

Provide Tier 2 production support and reliability engineering for enterprise transactional platforms. Responsibilities include incident triage, server/database/cloud administration, automation (scripting, IaC), CI/CD and release support, observability, security hygiene, PostgreSQL/RDBMS operational tasks, root cause analysis, and 24x7 on-call and on-site support for deployments and DR activities.

Hands-on platform engineering role to design, build, automate and operate secure, highly available OpenShift/Kubernetes and AWS/hybrid infrastructure. Lead cross-functional teams for digital, mobile, infrastructure and software deliveries, ensure quality, client satisfaction and timely deployments. Bilingual French/English; travel up to 30%.
