The intern will draft and improve assembly instructions, create work area drawings, develop job aids, improve production processes, and establish Kanbans. They will collaborate with production teams to optimize methods and processes.

Ensure compliance with processes and standards through audits, manage supplier evaluation and improvement, generate project quality plans, validate design documentation, and participate in non-conformance resolution within quality committees.

Support production engineering by testing, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting electronic circuit boards; assist continuous improvement efforts; support production engineering and QA; develop maintenance plans, new work methods and training; serve as a technical resource for electrical engineering tasks.

Lead and support R&D project teams, ensuring project execution and control, managing stakeholder expectations, and mitigating risks while following established methodologies.
