Provides technical guidance to customers and multidisciplinary teams, negotiates requirements, supports equipment and supplier qualification, mentors engineering and production staff, and assists manufacturing operations. Requires extensive power transformer expertise, electrical engineering education, 15–20 years of industry experience, and French and advanced English proficiency.

Manages the mechanical engineering team supporting transformer design, product development, technical investigations, customer projects, and manufacturing. Oversees engineering estimates, resource allocation, project schedules, budgets, technical problem-solving, and compliance. Leads process improvement, quality, cost-reduction, workforce planning, coaching, and training initiatives while coordinating engineering resources across countries and supporting business growth.
