The Senior Software Developer will design and deliver scalable 2D and 3D visualization capabilities, contribute to software development lifecycle, and enhance code quality while collaborating across teams.

Lead strategy and operating model for an internal learning content studio; own end-to-end production of video, microlearning, and emerging formats, integrate AI, set standards and governance, manage budgets, vendors and stakeholders, build a multidisciplinary team, and measure and optimize content impact across the enterprise.

Lead design and delivery of the Structured Record Storage platform: CDC/Kafka integration, schema automation, access APIs, and fleet management. Set architecture standards, improve fleet-wide operations (capacity, monitoring, tuning, replication), drive migrations and schema lifecycle, enforce observability and IaC, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-team tradeoffs, and own reliability and incident response.

Design, build, and operate highly available cloud-native services; improve developer velocity, reliability, security, and observability; own SLO/SLI, CI/CD automation, disaster recovery, incident response, and on-call support for production systems.
