Build diversified suppliers, reduce COGS, manage cross-border Canada-US shipping and customs, own 3PL/carrier relationships and SLAs, implement inventory/tracking and procurement planning systems, create operational reporting, coordinate materials planning with manufacturing, and scale fulfillment while reducing per-order costs.

Lead paid acquisition and growth strategy, manage multi-channel paid budgets, build growth operating model and measurement frameworks, run creative and channel experiments, partner cross-functionally, forecast and monitor unit economics (CAC, LTV), and scale acquisition using analytics and AI tools.
