Serves as the onsite face of WeWork by managing the front desk, welcoming members and guests, supporting events and community engagement, handling mail and packages, managing keys and access cards, communicating building updates, and helping maintain efficient building operations. The role also promotes WeWork services, resolves member and package issues, and provides local recommendations and personalized member support.
