Reviews and updates English and French product documentation, including rebranding, formatting, restructuring, release note incorporation, workflow validation, and screenshot capture. Collaborates with Product Managers and subject matter experts to improve clarity, usability, searchability, terminology, and documentation maintenance processes using adult learning principles.

Serve as primary client contact to build long-term relationships, ensure timely delivery of solutions, consultatively sell new products, forecast and report on account metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle escalations, and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
