Design, train, evaluate, and deploy predictive transportation and delivery ML models (primarily XGBoost). Perform EDA, feature engineering, experiment design, and statistical evaluation. Build production ML pipelines and MLOps practices on Google Vertex AI. Collaborate with data engineering and supply chain stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.

Provide Level 2/3 AMS support and SAP EWM implementation work: diagnose and resolve WMS incidents, lead improvements and small developments, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform RCA, manage transports and testing (unit, integration, UAT), support releases and post-go-live stabilization, and document system configurations and procedures.

Integrate Generative and Agentic AI workflows, implement CI/CD, deploy cloud-native services on Kubernetes (GCP/Azure), manage relational and NoSQL databases, apply automated testing, observability, and troubleshoot production systems while collaborating across DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
