Provides bilingual training and support to lawyers and staff, prepares lateral-hire conflict reports, manages approvals, and participates in after-hours coverage rotations.

Candidates need substantial corporate law experience, paralegal training or equivalent experience, bilingual French and English skills, and a NUANS Completion Certificate when required.
