Coordinate daily intermodal logistics operations, including load booking, shipment tracking, customer communication, carrier coordination, delivery scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution. Monitor shipment performance, manage service exceptions, support cost-saving initiatives, track customer volumes, and maintain accurate TMS records.
