Requires bilingual French-English communication, customer service skills, retail sales experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides administrative, financial, and operational support, including cash reconciliation, cheque processing, credit-card information management, customer account dispute resolution, returns and refunds, office supply inventory, freight-cost tracking, document management, and general departmental assistance. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, customer service, communication, computer proficiency, reporting skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities independently.
