Leads the strategy, governance, lifecycle, modernization, and operational health of the enterprise business systems portfolio. Oversees ERP, warehouse management, financial, HRIS, planning, and related applications; develops technology roadmaps, budgets, business cases, and implementation strategies; manages vendors and partners; collaborates across technology and business teams; and builds a high-performing enterprise systems team.

Creates garment tech packs, technical sketches, specifications, and style documentation for domestic and import production. Collaborates with designers and category managers on collection boards, garment engineering, trims, fabrics, construction details, prototypes, fittings, and sample measurements. Maintains accurate documents and prepares materials for handoff to import coordinators.

Supports the Category Manager throughout the merchandise buying process, including OTB management, business analysis, reporting, purchase orders, vendor follow-up, repeats, recalls, delivery tracking, quality issues, and store requests. Reviews style performance, recommends actions, coordinates samples and product materials, and maintains communication with vendors, stores, distribution, marketing, and quality assurance teams.
