Analyze business and architectural requirements and translate them into functional documents for the EBX data management platform. Guide development teams, advise clients on development and deployment, define and execute use and test cases, develop testing/training/implementation strategies, and monitor trends to recommend best practices.

Lead change management for Salesforce deployments and improvements: define strategy, adoption frameworks, stakeholder engagement, communications and training, assess impacts, create transition plans, track adoption KPIs, and drive user adoption across business units.

Provide data engineering, governance, valuation and analytics expertise: analyze and visualize data, build and maintain dashboards and pipelines, implement governance and metadata practices, evaluate analytic and AI solutions, support stakeholders in adoption and risk/approval processes, and promote responsible AI practices.

Provide executive-level strategic advice on data, AI, analytics and enterprise architecture. Define strategies, governance frameworks, roadmaps and operating models; design and deliver executive workshops; support organisations in digital and AI transformation decisions and implementation.

Support design, development, and delivery of secure, reliable platforms by integrating security into the SDLC, automating tests and pipelines, maintaining environments and observability, performing testing, writing documentation, and collaborating across development, infra, security, and product teams.
