Travel to client sites up to 50%.

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, stakeholder workshops, governance, risk, change adoption, cross-functional teams, financials, and continuous improvement using Microsoft Success by Design and Alithya delivery frameworks.

Act as Oracle Financials functional specialist: gather and translate business needs, define functional specifications, guide development teams, design test strategies (manual/automated), ensure solution quality and security, support implementations, maintain documentation and resolve production issues.
