Provide first-level customer support for LGI's financial management solution (GRF). Reproduce and document issues, prioritize and resolve client requests, create change and enhancement requests, update client documentation, participate occasionally in QA and releases, and self-train to maintain product versatility. Communicate bilingually in French and English with Quebec healthcare clients.

Provide first-level support for the FMMS financial management solution: create and resolve customer requests, reproduce issues on internal databases, prioritize and escalate incidents, create change/improvement requests, write/review documentation, participate in release quality control, and continuously self-train on administrative solutions.

Provide remote installation, upgrades, migrations and migrations of healthcare software; perform L2 technical support and problem analysis, communicate directly with clients, maintain documentation and client inventories, advise on deployments and new equipment, and process client requests via ticketing tools.
