Manage end-to-end delivery of packaging equipment projects: create and execute project plans, manage client relationships, control schedule and costs, coordinate FAT/SAT, handle scope changes and upsell requests, update ERP, and drive process improvements to ensure quality before shipment.

Manage and secure Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune), handle user lifecycle and endpoints, build Power Platform automations and dashboards, support business applications, drive operational improvements, documentation, and compliance.

Lead procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and facilities for a manufacturing business. Develop supply chain strategy, manage suppliers and contracts, optimize inventory and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multidisciplinary team to support production and operational excellence.
