Manage the customer renewal lifecycle, including contract processing, quoting, proposal follow-up, payment coordination, negotiation, and renewal forecasting. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Accounts Receivable, and leadership to prevent service disruptions, address objections, maximize retention and revenue, and secure multi-year contracts.
