Manage industrial fabrication projects from planning through installation and commissioning. Coordinate engineering, design, production, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, budgets, schedules, quality, compliance, documentation, billing, and proposals. Collaborates with engineering and production teams while applying knowledge of fabrication, welding, and metric and imperial measurement systems.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, verify invoices, process payments, track collections, enter financial data, prepare accounting reports, support month-end close and audits, and archive documents. The role also provides office administration, including supplies, team events, client meals, reception, and telephone support. This is a full-time, on-site, one-year maternity-leave replacement position reporting to the Controller.
